In 1990’s New York City, a young debaucherous chef named Tony is sent on a mad dash around the city to try and scrape together enough money to pay off the mob and free his kidnapped boss. As he encounters an omnipotent cab driver, a restaurant critic with a thousand faces, and the New York Federation of Black Cowboys, he comes face to face with a city rapidly changing around him, a city which may already be disappearing.
